I don't PvP very much (and don't have a warrior - well ok, I do, but he's a dust-covered level 10), so, does thing like that, warriors missing each other as they both charge, really happen? Oo
Yes it happens often. The problem is that the stun from the charge starts when you end the running part of the charge. So both Warriors charge-stun locking themselves is very common.
