Nah, it's the damn WoWDB model viewer. They have it wrong there and that's what the artist used as a reference. Now that I think back (I had 8/8 pieces) it was definitely a kilt.

No offense at all since I love this comic, it's awesome! But.. if it' the wildheart set the LOLOLOLOL druid is using I think it was a kilt to it and not leggings :)
