Correct me if I am wrong. It's a Dwarf so alliance side, Alliance rank 14 plate set looks like that. More importantly, a paladin would not be upset about getting rooted since they have BoF, BoP and their trinket I guess. A warrior is kind of fucked since he can only get out of it with his trinket.
So I place my money on the Dwarf being a warrior.
