Well, BE females have by far THE best stealth animation. And they don't stink like dead garbage, don't lose their lower jaw once in a while and don't spread random plagues to turn living creatures into zombies, and it all buys off the loss of WotF... So I say go for BE rogue :)
That's if you started your rogue when TBC came out,ofc.
