sunya that cog would have to be 500 since the axe gorrok has is of last expansion it from the arena that last fought in so i think its may be 245 or 251 not sure.

go gorrok, you can doo eeet. throw that cog into the pools so we can have vallant back!!
have to add that as soon as he get there a sign pops up you must have gear of 346 or higher to enter the pools
