Yes, call me a nerd, but I don't read comics just for a laugh. Sometimes a good serious story is fun even if it doesn't make me laugh hysterically or lacks the expected plot. Some people appreciate the artwork, the references to a game we spent hours on, and the amount of effort put in making it.
