... Are you serious..? It's a proper noun- it's the young Night Elf's name. Seemed rather apparent from the way the writer has been using it since these two Night Elves made their appearance.
It is an odd name for an elf, but only if you think they can only carry Tolkien elvish names. This is technically Warcraft, so there's no real reason for them to have the same name basis.
At least her name's not Kárfünglyda32!
