Large bodies of water, depending on their type, can have a profoundly different effect on my emotional state. When I'm looking at a river like the Danube, I am overwhelmed with a sense of inner peace. The rolling mass of water in that river feels lazy, sturdy, somehow soothing to the soul.
In contrast to that, the waters of the Pacific Ocean feel like raw strength, a sense of relative unease when around such nature's power. You can feel it in the wind when you are near it; it's as if, besides the beauty, there is an underlining menacing flux, reminding us of how small and insignificant we are.
Somehow I would imagine these contrasting bodies of water can carve out a human psyche, much like they can grind solid stone into fine sand.
As for the latest comic, you can see where I'm going with this. I am going to create the equivalent of a tsunami in the Arena by putting Vallant and Leeroy Jenkins in the same damn team :)

Also, start giving Leeroy a real character attitude, instead of just quotes from the legend. As a comic maker, you can change reality to your necessity. See what I mean?

funny thing is, when i read the comic 2 weeks ago, i had the strange feeling that leeroy would be perfect for teh glads team, but i directly said to myself: that wont happen! and now look at this!
edit: just something i was wondering, isnt it verry exactly a year ago that Teh Glads started with their crazy rampage? (i gues the 1st 14 episodes were posted at the same time)
