I'm usually quite honest about these pages - or at least I try to be - and, I must say I like this one quite a bit. Both in terms of what's going on and especially in how the scenes are drawn. I think the artist, Grabowski, is getting better with each new page. Kudos to him, but don't tell him I said so - I don't want the lazy bastard to get too cocky :)
On to the WoW front. Last night, my guild went through a full clear of Black Temple. Took us about two hours. This is my first time raiding after the patch. Coming from a guy who's been clearing AQ 40 way back in my day, I can honestly say that UBRS was likely a bigger challenge than Black Temple nowadays. It's almost as if you don't need tactics anymore. Our planning stage for each fight would go something like: "group one, go to that corner; when he summons this and that... or, actually, just nuke the f---er before phase two and let's collect teh lewtz."
I was dual-wielding in Sudden Death (Arms) spec and oh my f--ing God. The amount of DPS one can put out these days is almost embarrassing.
That said, I think it's rather OK from Blizzard that they nerfed the instances this much. People will get to see some of the cool high-end content they'd otherwise never lay their eyes on.
Need I mention Naxx back in vanilla WoW days? How many of you were killing Naxx bosses back in the day?

And yeah, tbh I can stick with you there Thunder, UBRS was harder in vanilla than SSC and higher was even before this patch and with it, feels like I am running in Wailing Caverns ^^

Nice comic...and as for the old content I miss the MC, BWL, and Naxx of 3 years ago when I started playing wow. It was actually a task to get all 40 peeps together on the same page to kill the boss. I still keep my T1 and T2 sets for memeories.

DAAAAAAMN! It was very predictable (at least a raid atempt), but the MT tranqulized, PRICELESS!
As a former vanilla raider that has never seen Naxx (but at least BWL) I can say that I like the content nerf, at least scrubs can enjoy to see what the fights are.
And yeah, your artist keeps getting better (anyone else re-watched the first frames of Trevor?). Graphic upgrade to match WotLK (the shadows make it so beautifull!)
The instance nerf is rather *meh*
Last week we went to Sunwell and downed Kalecgos in 2 tries, we already used helluva lot of attemps before patch, and 1 hour later we had Brutallus down too :x

I think our goal next week is to clear SWP and BT all in one night. The PvE aspect of this game has become a punchline. The only reason we wiped at all during our Sunwell clear was due to server stability. Every Sunwell fight has had its most difficult challenges (the burns) completely trivialized by the patch, rendering "progression" to be defined by the simple mastery of a single concept (See: Portal-boss, Taunt-boss, Breath-boss, Ledge-boss, Mass-Dispel-boss, and Dragon-Orb-boss).
It's not that I don't mind sleeping through Sunwell content we were wiping to just weeks before the patch, or completely making a joke of BT with things like never even seeing Illidan's demon-phase, but it gets a bit depressing. Sure, Naxx was difficult, but it felt like Progression. The fights were progressively difficult (Grobbulus notwithstanding), which gave an actual feeling of accomplishment.
At least Blizzard is going to have plenty of challenging PvE content waiting for us in Lich King. Oh wait...
Remember that the human king, Varian Wrynn has returned from Northrend, and that Bolvar has ben demoted.

If nothing else proves that BT etc. has become a laugh then my guild would make one hell of an example. In about five hours we took on 6 bosses in BT with just the MT, one rogue and me having any serious experience in BT. The rest just quickly bolted through wowwiki and gave it a shot.
Nevertheless, the feeling of kiting Supremus will be a lasting one (that one time, when I was chased by an infernal the size of a city...).
