In the murky seas of destiny one is left with not too many choices when trying to stay afloat. Problem being that, sometimes, for some reason unbeknownst to reason itself, we tend to drag ourselves down. It's similar to people who drown for fears of a shark emerging out of the glossy surface of the ocean to bite them. Look, here's the deal, what you need is a better raft. Or just a raft in general. And when I say a raft, I'm really using the term as a metaphor of sorts.
Then again, I'm possibly arguing that its basic function IS the very origin of the metaphor in question. A raft doesn't care if a tsunami-sized wave is towering above the horizon, or if it's heading to a burning tanker in a pool of floating oil somewhere on the Pacific. A raft has a duty to perform, and that is to stay afloat, and I GUARANTEE you that a raft, being a raft, will do anything in its power to keep floating. It will even battle you (quite hard) if you try to stop it in doing its job. Try telling a raft not to float.
If a raft was anything but what everyone knows it to be, it would be a brick, and trust me, you don't want to try and stay afloat by mounting a brick in the high seas.
So why in the hell do some people keep trying to do this very thing? It's a tricky question to answer, but what I know for sure is that this has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with today's comic.
That said, what you are seeing now is the gearing up for the big finale of this "season..." or "chapter," or whatever you'd like to call it. I expect this will happen come episode 50.
The artist and I were pretty productive in the last couple of days, which means that we now can see blurred lines in the distance of a path that leads to a door. This door is painted in a wonderfully soothing color of green, and it leads to another great space, while also clearly stating that we are exiting the previous one.

This comic is just reaching new levels of awesomeness and brilliance for everytime you put them up.
Few comics back we'd a joke that personally had me laughing for like a day, the one about intemidating shout breaking on dmg (i play warrior), and than now the joke about dots
and the murloc trying to do cpr, just really knew where you get theese brilliant ideas from :).
Really cant wait to see what next you'll come up with, and really hope even though the "grand final" is comming up soon, that you'll still keep on going strong, would miss this comic to much else ^^
its a pain to wait a whole week to find out what happens next :(
